Wiffle Ball at DLI

Tuesday, the 19th, The Cardinals, featuring the sporadic pitching of Mondo "The Pirate" Davis and the home run threat that is "Left-Eye" Larson, squeezed by the Notcubs with a 25-22 win. The Notcubs came on strong, pushing the game into the ninth inning. The usually dependable "Gold-Glove" Jackson struck out in the 8th with the bases loaded, then commited an error that allowed the winning run to score. Davis turned it on in the closer role, retiring the opposition while only allowing two runs. The MVP award was given to Left Eye, while VanGundy earned an honorable mention.
